The Mindpower Group Coaching Program is a 12 week small group coaching program designed by you and for you.
If you have been looking for new ways that work to:
- find inspiration,
- set and reach new goals,
- work with difficult emotions
- stop the negative self-talk
- deepen compassion
- get friendly with stillness & meditation
- connect with your spiritual needs
- set up healthy routines, and
- live a more simple life
I am taking my many years in personal wellness and health and pulling it into one lovely little package to support you in a small group format. This is like a little virtual Wellness Retreat to keep you going throughout the fall.
We will meet through Zoom every 2 weeks starting on Tuesday September 29 at 7:30pm to discuss a variety of topics that all complement tangible ways to live a good and balanced life. All one hour sessions will be recorded for your use between sessions (and in case you happen to miss one).
Membership in this program will include:
- Six - 1 hour group sessions every 2 weeks through Zoom
